iMPACT! Compassion Center’s Compass Life Stabilization and Care Coordination program is for adults and children in our community looking for guidance in navigating life.

Participants are welcomed into our programs with care, compassion, respect and without judgement; creating an environment where participants feel safe, valued, and are enthusiastic about working with us.

Our Compass Care Coordinators assist participants to create plans tailored to their needs, connect them to resources in the community, and guide them through the steps to achieve their personal goals.
