Supportive Employment Case Management

iMPACT! Compassion Center offers individualized Supported Employment services with the goal of increasing an individual’s quality of life. All services are person-centered according to preferences, contributions, and conditions.

iMPACT! Compassion Center is committed to serving people with barriers to employment and employers seeking reliable workers. We help our clients build hope as well as job skills, discover personal strengths, and explore job interests.

Services through iMPACT! Compassion Center include; career counseling, vocationally-related case management, job coaching, and job development.

iMPACT! Compassion Center focuses on the needs of its business community as well as the job seekers. It maintains an active presence at local job fairs and hiring events. iMPACT! Compassion Center is committed to easy access to services, fast-paced career exploration, peer resource groups, individualized job development.

To qualify, the client needs to have Apple Health/state Medicaid, be unemployed or under-employed, and have either a mental health, substance abuse, or disability need.
